Built for serious buyers
Factories can make claims. We make them prove it on the floor, in the report and inside the shipment. That obsession has powered every order since 2009.

How the risk comes out
Every program advances through visible decisions not hopeful handoffs.
1
Your spec becomes a sourcing brief. Factories are shortlisted, verified in person, and sampled against your requirements.
2
Cost-structured negotiation locks pricing, payment terms and lead-time commitments documented in a signed contract.
3
Production runs under in-line checks at 30%, then a full AQL 2.5 pre-shipment inspection before your balance moves.
4
Supervised loading, sealed containers, and a discrepancy-free document set your customs broker pre-approves.
5
Arrival coordination, clearance support and delivery confirmation then your reorder calendar keeps stock flowing.
1
Materials, tolerances, packing and labeling are fixed in writing approved samples become the binding reference.
2
Capacity booked across vetted factories with weekly production calendars shared transparently with your team.
3
AQL inspection, then supervised loading with seal numbers, photos and a signed loading report.
4
Invoice, packing list, COO and product certificates prepared to pass your bank and customs on first presentation.
5
Milestone tracking from vessel departure to destination arrival delays flagged with a revised plan, not excuses.
Global sourcing, without the guesswork
We collapse distance with local intelligence, buyer-side pressure and documentary proof so Pakistan operates like an extension of your own procurement office.

Buyer essentials
The questions serious procurement teams ask before committing capital, capacity and trust.
Have a live brief?
Send the specification and target price. We will return a practical sourcing route within one working day.
MOQs depend on the product line: textiles and leather goods typically start at 500 units, rice and salt at one 20ft container (24–27 MT), and sports goods at 1,000 units. For trial orders we can often negotiate lower quantities with our partner factories — tell us your target volume and we will find a workable structure.
We quote EXW, FOB (Karachi, Port Qasim, Sialkot dry port), CIF and DDP depending on your preference. First-time buyers usually start FOB; clients in the GCC, East Africa and Central Asia often choose our door-to-door DDP program where we handle freight, insurance and destination clearance.
Every order follows the same protocol: approved pre-production samples, in-line inspection at 30% production, and a full pre-shipment inspection (AQL 2.5 by default, stricter on request) with a photo-and-measurement report. Third-party inspection by SGS, Intertek or Bureau Veritas is welcome at any stage.
Standard terms are 30% advance by T/T with the balance against shipping documents. Irrevocable L/C at sight is accepted for orders above USD 25,000. For established partners we move to open-account or CAD terms after three successful shipments.
Yes — OEM and private label are roughly 60% of our export volume. We handle custom patterns, branded packaging, care labels, barcodes and retail-ready cartons, and we sign NDAs before any artwork changes hands.
Sampling takes 7–14 days depending on the product. Production lead time runs 25–45 days after sample approval and deposit. Sea freight adds 12–35 days depending on destination; air freight is available for urgent or high-value cargo at 3–7 days.
