Terms & Conditions

These terms govern the use of the Zaeem Haziq Co website and, together with the proforma invoice or contract issued for each order, the supply of goods and services by Zaeem Haziq Co.
Last updated: January 2026

01.Quotations and orders

Quotations are valid for 15 days unless stated otherwise and are subject to raw-material and freight-market movement. An order becomes binding when the buyer signs the proforma invoice and the agreed advance payment is received. Specifications confirmed in writing — including approved samples — form part of the contract.

02.Pricing and payment

Prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise agreed. Standard terms are 30% advance by telegraphic transfer, balance against shipping documents; irrevocable letter of credit at sight is accepted above USD 25,000. Bank charges outside Pakistan are borne by the buyer. Title to goods passes on receipt of full payment.

03.Inspection and claims

Buyers may inspect goods themselves or appoint third-party inspectors before shipment. Quality claims must be raised within 14 days of container arrival with photographic evidence and lot references. Verified claims are resolved by replacement, repair, credit note or refund — agreed case by case in good faith.

04.Delivery and risk

Delivery obligations follow the Incoterm stated on the invoice (EXW, FOB, CIF or DDP by default). Risk transfers according to that term. We are not liable for delay caused by events beyond reasonable control — port congestion, weather, strikes, regulatory change — but we will always communicate and re-plan proactively.

05.Intellectual property

Buyer-supplied designs, artwork and branding remain the buyer’s property and are used solely to fulfil that buyer’s orders. Our own product designs, catalog content and website material may not be reproduced without written permission.

06.Governing law

Contracts are governed by the laws of Pakistan, with disputes referred first to good-faith negotiation and then to arbitration in Lahore under the Arbitration Act 1940, unless a different forum is agreed in writing.
