Shipping Policy

This policy summarizes how Zaeem Haziq Co prepares, dispatches and tracks export shipments. The Incoterm on your proforma invoice always prevails where details differ.

01.Dispatch origins and modes

Sea freight dispatches from Karachi Port and Port Qasim; air freight from Sialkot, Lahore and Karachi international airports; land-locked consolidation for Central Asia routes via dry ports. We ship FCL, LCL, reefer and air cargo, and operate DDP door-to-door programs to 21 destinations.

02.Processing time

Ready-stock items dispatch within 7–10 working days of payment confirmation. Production orders dispatch within the lead time stated on the proforma invoice (typically 25–45 days after sample approval and deposit). You receive a booking confirmation with vessel/flight details before every departure.

FCL: direct factory or CFS loading with photo record
LCL: consolidated at our Karachi/Lahore hubs within 5 working days
Air freight: 3–7 days transit to most international airports

03.Documents provided

Every shipment includes a commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading or airway bill, and certificate of origin. Product-specific documents — phytosanitary, fumigation, health certificates, test reports — are arranged as required by the destination. Originals are couriered or surrendered/telex-released per your instruction.

04.Tracking and arrival

Milestone updates (departure, transshipment, arrival) are shared proactively. Any delay beyond 7 days against schedule triggers a written status report with a revised plan. Destination duties, taxes and clearance are the buyer’s responsibility unless shipping DDP.
